A Brief Overview

Situated on a beautiful piece of pasture land overlooking the property’s two ponds, the White Barn takes advantage of rolling hills and a wide open vista to give its residents a stunning view of East Texas.

Large windows give access to the outdoors and bring a light and airy feeling to the entire space. Tiny square pocket windows dot the upper story to allow even more natural light to fill the space.

The White Barn is divided into three areas:

• On the north side is the family apartment, a multi-story space where the family will live while they build their dream home next door.
• On the south side is the scullery, large enough for a walk-in freezer, food processing area, and cold storage.
• And in the middle, a finished garage that can be used for gatherings with a workshop situated under the living space above.
